Privacy and external technologies policy
This policy explains what data may be processed when you visit cdrespect.com or contact us.
Controller
RESPECT TALENT GROUP, S.L., Tax ID B26704213, Calle La Cruz, No. 50, Residencial Noela, Dwelling 2, 38670 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Contact: cdrespect.es@gmail.com · +34 648 29 40 70.
Data and purposes
When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, date, browser and requested pages to deliver and protect the service. If you contact us by email, telephone or the sponsorship form, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry or manage a membership request, purchase or relationship with the club.
Legal basis
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure site and answering enquiries, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contractual relationship, and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not install analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not save preferences in local storage. Fonts and video thumbnails are served from cdrespect.com. We therefore do not display a consent banner.
External content
Google Maps and YouTube videos are not loaded until you expressly select the relevant button. Doing so connects your browser to Google and may disclose technical data under Google’s policies. Social-media and other external links transfer data only when you choose to open them.
Recipients and international transfers
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the service and which receives and stores messages sent through the sponsorship form. The cdrespect.es@gmail.com mailbox is operated using Google services, which process the information included in communications. Google may also receive technical data when you choose to load a map or play a YouTube video. Netlify and Google may process data in the United States. Transfers from the European Economic Area rely, as applicable, on their certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Technical logs are retained only for the period configured by the provider and needed to secure and operate the website. Enquiries that do not result in a relationship are deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after they are closed. Where a contractual relationship exists, data are retained for its duration and afterwards for the periods needed to meet legal obligations and address potential claims; commercial and accounting documentation may be retained for up to six years.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing cdrespect.es@gmail.com. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Children
Enquiries concerning minor players must be made or authorised by a parent or guardian. Publication of children’s images is managed through the corresponding authorisations.
Updates
We may update this policy when the site, its providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: October 2026.
